Policies

We understand that life happens, however in order to provide the best service possible we must uphold company policy for everyone!

Late: After the first 10 minutes of your appointment, your service provider will call to make sure you are alright! If you will not be able to make it within 15 minutes of your appointment, the service will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule. If this happens more than once a 50% fee for the missed service will be added to your next service to compensate your provider for their time and lost money.


Cancellation: We ask for 24 hours advanced cancelation so that we may fill out your allotted time again. Any cancelation or rescheduling done within 24 hours of your appointment is considered a no call no show.
